Should I have my solar panel system checked? With our solar panel MOT, you can have a full inspection done.

Zonnefabriek places a high value on service, which is why we introduced the MOT (like the roadworthiness test for cars: APK in Dutch) for solar panels.

Especially with older systems, which didn't have the option to be monitored online at the time, it's worthwhile to have the system thoroughly checked by one of our experts to ensure everything is functioning properly and the expected energy yield is being achieved. During an MOT for solar panels, a full inspection of the PV system will be conducted according to the NEN1010 / NEN-IEC 62446 guidelines. This is done using a thermal camera to locate any hotspots. Any minor repairs will be carried out on-site.

Interested in an MOT(APK)? We also offer this service for some non-Zonnefabriek installations. You can email service@zonnefabriek.nl for more information.
